RADA is the face of Asheville’s thriving and colorful tourist destination for world-class arts and crafts. Their website was an outdated and sprawling, and did little to attract customers and patrons to the district. Our initial visioning sessions with RADA produced a robust list of tools and design elements anchored around inspiring visitors to go to the district, giving easy-to-find real-time information to those visitors, serving as a platform for artist memberships and profiles, and significantly reducing workload on the website administration staff.
